What details do I need to log in?
Log In with Mobile Number
The simplest method. Use the 11-digit Bangladeshi mobile number you registered with. Start the number with 01 — you don't need to enter the country code (+880).
Log In with Email
If you provided an email during registration, you can also use it to log in. Email login is not case-sensitive, so no need to worry about uppercase or lowercase.
Keep in Mind: Only one account is allowed per mobile number. If you get a "number not found" error at login, you may have registered with a different number. Contact support and they'll help you track it down.
What Should I Do If I Have Login Issues?
Forgot Your Password?
Click the "Forgot Password?" link below the login form. Enter your registered mobile number and you'll receive an OTP. Verify your identity with the OTP, then set a new password. The whole process takes about 3–5 minutes.
If your account gets locked
Entering the wrong password several times in a row may temporarily lock your account — this is a security measure. Typically you can try again after waiting 15–30 minutes. For a faster resolution, contact support.
Not Receiving the OTP?
If you're not receiving the OTP on your mobile, first check that you have a good network signal. In some cases it can take 1–2 minutes to arrive. If it still doesn't come through, use the "Resend OTP" button. If the problem persists, email our support team.

- Try a different browser: Try Chrome, Firefox, or Samsung Browser — whichever one is working fine for you
- Use the App: If the website isn't loading, try downloading the kn9 app instead
Login Security — What Does kn9 Do to Keep You Safe?
Kn9 uses multiple layers of technology to protect user login credentials. Every login attempt is secured with SSL/TLS encryption — your mobile number and password cannot be intercepted at any point.
The IP address and device details are logged on every successful login. If a login is detected from an unfamiliar device or location, a security alert is sent to you. Keeping this feature active significantly reduces the risk of your account being compromised.
Your password is never stored directly on kn9's servers — only a hashed version is kept. This means even kn9 staff cannot see your password. That's also why a forgotten password can't be "recovered" — you simply set a new one.
Log In on Mobile App
Downloading the kn9 mobile app makes logging in even faster and more convenient. After your first login, turn on "Remember Me" and the app will take you straight to your dashboard every time you open it.
