1. General Terms & Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the kn9 platform (kn9.run) and all its services. In this document, "kn9," "we," and "us" refer to the operating authority of kn9. "User," "you," and "your" refer to anyone accessing or using the site.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted only one kn9 account. If the same person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate information at registration. Your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email must all be genuine. Providing incorrect details may cause issues when withdrawing funds. To update your information, please contact support.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Rules

Deposits on kn9 can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits vary depending on your account tier and payment method. Deposits should reflect in your balance instantly — if they don't, contact support with your transaction ID.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100 (BDT). Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. KYC (identity verification) must be completed before your first withdrawal.

• Standard Withdrawal Timeframe: Average 2 minutes via bKash and Nagad
• Large amounts: Withdrawals above ৳50,000 may require additional verification
• Regarding bonuses: Wagering must be completed before withdrawing from a bonus balance
• Withdrawal Fee: kn9 charges no withdrawal fees; standard mobile banking charges from the payment provider may apply

3.3 KYC verification

Kn9 may request identity documents at any time for security and legal compliance purposes. You may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until KYC verification is complete — however, deposits will still be accepted.

4. Betting Rules

4.1 Acceptance & Rejection of Bets

Kn9 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet. In particular, bets involving unusually large amounts, bets placed during system errors, or bets placed at odds that contained an obvious error may be voided.

4.2 In the event of a match cancellation or suspension

If a match is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and stakes are fully refunded. If a match is interrupted mid-way, sport-specific rules apply. In cricket, a match is generally considered valid once 5 overs have been completed. In football, most bets are voided if fewer than 90 minutes are played.

4.3 Odds Changes

Once a bet is placed, it remains valid at the odds at the time of placement, even if the odds change afterwards. However, if abnormal odds are displayed due to a system error, kn9 may review and correct or void the affected bets.

5. Bonus & promotion terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The kn9 welcome bonus is available to each user once only. A minimum first deposit of ৳100 is required to qualify. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — you must meet the specified wagering requirement (typically 15–30x) first.

5.2 Reload & weekly bonus

Reload bonuses and weekly offers are available for regular users. Each of these bonuses has its own validity period and conditions. Any unused bonus balance will be removed once the bonus expires.

5.3 Free bets & special offers

For winnings from free bets, only the profit portion is withdrawable — the original free bet stake is not. Special tournament prizes are directly withdrawable unless separate terms state otherwise.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on kn9 — violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts by the same person
• Bonus Abuse: Strategic deposits and withdrawals to exploit bonuses
• Coordinated Betting: Coordinated betting to manipulate outcomes
• Third-Party Software: Placing bets using bots or automated tools
• Account sharing: Allowing someone else to log into your account
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform for money laundering purposes
• Match fixing: Placing bets on predetermined outcomes or assisting in doing so

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 kn9's rights

Kn9 may temporarily suspend any account pending investigation if there is a rule violation, suspected fraud, or security risk. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed. If no violation is found, the balance will be returned.

7.2 Closing your account yourself

You may close or temporarily deactivate your account at any time. Submit a request to support and it will be processed within 24 hours. Please complete any pending withdrawals before closing your account.

8. Responsible Gaming

Kn9 views responsible gaming not merely as a compliance matter, but as an ethical commitment. That's why we provide the following protection tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit limit
• Loss limit: Set a maximum loss limit within a defined time period
• Session Limit: Set your own daily time limit for playing
• Self-Exclusion: Betting suspended for a set period or permanently

Kn9 is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues, server downtime, or internet disconnection. However, if a bet is left incomplete due to such circumstances, please contact support and it will be resolved.
